Stacey Pardoe is passionate about growing deeper in her relationship with Christ and carrying the message of his love to the world. She is the wife of Darrell and mother of two young children. She has an undergraduate degree in Special Education and Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Education. Her education led her to eight years as a high school Life Skills Special Education teacher. Throughout her years as a teacher, she also worked as a youth leader with teens at Grove City Alliance Church, where she led weekly Bible studies and joined teens on frequent retreats and mission trips.
Stacey left the classroom when her daughter was born in 2010 and has pursued full-time parenting since that time. In addition, she continues to mentor dozens of younger women, lead Bible studies, coordinate prayer ministries, and write. She is published in multiple parenting and faith-based publications, including Relevantmagazine, The Praying Woman, ChristianDevotions.org, Her View from Home, Parent Co, and Heart to Heart Women. In addition to freelance journalism, she blogs every Wednesday at her own site, Staceypardoe.com.
When she’s not pursuing her part-time career as a writer and mentor, Stacey is an active outdoor enthusiast. She can often be found hiking, fishing, camping, and relaxing in western Pennsylvania’s forests with her family.
