First published in nonfiction, Jude Urbanski continues to write in this field also. Her fiction credits include two novels and two anthologies. Her fourth book is seeking a home. Jude also offers freelance editing through Urbanski’s Editing Services. She was a columnist for Maximum Living, a magazine focusing on women’s spirituality and wellness, for five years and has been a blogger for Ellechor Publishing, Hoosier Ink, The Pickett County Press and her own blog, Wordsmith Woman.
Jude graduated from Indiana University with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and spent many years as a women’s health nurse practitioner. She is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers, The Christian Pen, and the Christian Editor connection. Jude lives in Indiana, volunteers in her community and is active in women’s ministry in her church. Recent widowhood has brought many changes, but Jude continues to love travel, walking, her blended-family of eight, beautiful children and a gaggle of just-as-beautiful grandchildren. When not writing, Jude is an avid genealogist and a coffee aficionado.
